How did I get here?
How did I lose myself?
I feel like I don’t even know myself anymore.
What do I do when the things I thought would make me happy just aren’t cutting it?
I don’t even know what I need to feel happy.
Are you saying any of these things to yourself? Are you feeling any of the fear, anxiety, stress, or sadness that often accompanies thoughts like these? In life, you can go through seasons where the status quo just isn’t working anymore, but you may not know what to do about it. The longer you sit in it, though, the worse you feel. Let me help you find your way back to peace of mind and happiness. Together we will walk through your situation to understand what feels wrong, how you got here, and what could help get you to a better place. For some that means making shifts and changes. For others it means thinking differently about things without needing to make external modifications. Some may find that it takes making space to mourn losses so they can emotionally free themselves to move on. We will work together to understand what it is that you are needing and how to get you closer to it.
As a therapist I strive to help clients feel heard and empowered to find the right path that works for them specifically. I’m not going to tell you what to do, most of us have plenty of people in our lives to do that. As your therapist, I will be by your side on this journey to self-discovery. I will ask questions to help you see things in a new light. I will help you carefully navigate complex decisions. I will encourage you and stand by you as you face painful moments. Finally, I will help you identify measured and sustainable steps to help you walk away from where you are now and into a better experience.
Dr. Endale’s Professional Experience: I am a licensed psychologist in both Georgia and Florida, with over a decade of clinical experience supporting individuals across a range of mental health needs. I completed my academic training at the University of Georgia, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling, and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology. My clinical training includes a pre-doctoral internship at the Johns Hopkins Counseling Center, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at Georgia State University’s Counseling Center. I went on to serve as a staff psychologist at the Georgia Tech Counseling Center for four years, where I also worked as an outreach coordinator for two years. From August 2012 to August 2017, I served as the Suicide Prevention Coordinator at Emory University’s Counseling and Psychological Services. In 2017, I transitioned into full-time private practice, where I continue to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
In my counseling work I start with a foundation approach of Cognitive Behavioral multicultural framework. I especially appreciate working with individuals facing stress associated with how their intersecting identities come together to inform their day to day life. Things like immigration status, gender and sexual identity, racial identity, ethnic identity, age, SES, being in a cross cultural family, our faith walk, and many other visible and invisible aspects of who we are influence how we see the world and how the world sees us. Sometimes this can result in experiences that come with stress, confusion, anxiety, trauma, and more. I can help you explore these situations to understand what is happening to make them difficult and how to navigate them in a way that feels healthy for you.
Outside of work, I am wife, mother, stepmother, sister, daughter, and friend. I have a diverse blended family with 3 cultures represented in my home. I am originally from Ethiopia and lived in the Netherlands for 5 years before settling in the U.S. I am proficient in Amharic though I do better listening than speaking in this language.

Yes. We provide in-person therapy sessions in Atlanta, along with secure telehealth options for clients who prefer virtual counseling. Whether you choose in-office or online therapy, our goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel comfortable and heard.
Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or struggling with relationships, stress, trauma, or major life changes. You do not need to be in crisis to start counseling. Many clients begin therapy simply because they want clarity, growth, and healthier coping strategies.
The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and situation. Some clients benefit from short-term therapy focused on specific challenges, while others choose ongoing support for deeper personal growth. During your initial sessions, we’ll discuss your goals and create a plan that works for you.
Scheduling is simple. You can book a consultation directly through our website or contact us to discuss availability. We’ll guide you through the next steps and help you get started with a therapist who fits your needs.
